Interim, Group Exhibition, Baron’s Self-Storage, Galway City, Ireland, 2005

This piece was installed in a storage unit as part of a group exhibition that took place in a self storage facility. The theme of the show, Interim, was about things that were in a state of “in-betweeness,” like the personal belongings that lay dormant in a storage unit. This was a 4 x 4 ft. woodcut of a hairy house that was growing out of control, the image was printed on a canvas banner and hung from the mesh ceiling of the storage unit.
